Chicagoans endured another frigid January day as wind chills dipped below zero and lake-effect snow continued to impact parts of the region, though conditions were beginning to improve.
Snow continues this evening and through sunrise Sunday, as the winds remain out of the north, making wind chills drop to the single digits and below zero. The snow is out, and we are cold and sunny all day, as we hold in the 20s.
