The biggest mistake I see on cable curls is excessive shoulder flexion. That is, bringing your shoulders forward as you curl.While the biceps due aid on shoulder flexion to some degree, the main way we train them on a curl is via elbow flexion. So imo focusing purely on bending at the elbow while keeping the shoulders back (it's fine if they move forward the slightest bit) would be the best way to approach the cable curl. #fitness #gymmotivation #gym | Physique
