Autodesk Inventor 2022 includes new options for simplifying your model – including the ability to replace components with a simple shape. Replace the whole model, top level components or all parts with a bounding envelope, ready to create your simplified model. Replace with Envelopes provides the means to replace components with a bounding box. When you click on an option, the preview shows the components which will be represented by an envelope. The replacement choices are: None – No components
