🎶🦍 Happy birthday to Kibibi—our western lowland gorilla turned 10 years old on Jan. 10! Kibibi is a visitor favorite at the Great Ape House and a star behind-the-scenes, too. Through the Zoo’s positive reinforcement training program, Kibibi voluntarily participates in her own healthcare, presenting parts of her body on cue for daily checkups. 🍇 Keepers reward her with tasty grapes when she does the behavior asked of her.
