⚫ IT band issues? Don't *just* roll it, exercise the hip instead. These are just a few exercises to the muscles around the hip that control the IT band. The IT band is a tissue that isn't likely going to change by rolling on it. That being said you can roll on it if that helps give pain relief. But it's not going to stretch anything.
