RECIPE 👉 (4 small breads or 8 rolls) 🌟INGREDIENTS 🌟:- ◽ 460 g water ◽550 g all purpose flour (or bread flour) ◽ 100 g whole wheat flour ◽ 4 g (1.5 tsp) dry yeast ◽ 10 g (1.5 tsp) salt . . . INSTRUCTIONS ✨:- ❶ In a bowl mix all ingredients until well combined, then let it sit for 15 minutes. ❷ Do a set of stretch & folds, then rest for 30 minutes. Do a 2nd set of stretch & folds, then cover and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour
