This is one of the more simple recipes I’ve done lately- fried garlic scape knots 😍 I first tried garlic scapes last year and I have been obsessed ever since. They taste like a mix of onion and garlic but with the texture similar to asparagus (without the stringy fibers) 🧅 Garlic scapes are super cool because they are the green stalks that grow out of the top of garlic bulbs- hence the name “garlic scapes”.
