Aloo Tikki is a hugely popular Indian street food. It is best eaten with street style channa and topped with delicious sweet and sour tamarind sauce, fresh mint and coriander chutney and sweet yoghurt. This fantastic dish is vegan (dairy-free yoghurt) and delicious.
