ANAPHORA: INSTITUTIO The priest reverently points at the diskos with the Holy Bread on it and proclaims with a devout voice ‘Take, eat..’ while the deacon also points at the diskos holding his orarion with three fingers of his right hand. The priest then reverently points at the Chalice and proclaims ‘Drink of it, all of you..’ While this is being said, the deacon, too, points at the Chalice.
