This is part 2 of my tutorial how to make a puff or biscuit quilt. In today's tutorial I'll finish my cat's puff bed now. Just a small note: My quilt is small so I didn’t tie it. I’ve washed it and when I do it comes out fine. For a larger quilt, it may be best to tie it every set of 4 puffs in a square if that makes sense.
