Don’t ignore the rotation when swimming shoulder driven freestyle. Most sprint freestylers focus only on the pull and leave the opportunity to effectively couple on the table. How the arms recover and enter the water WILL impact how fast you’re able to go. Rotate far enough to each side to get the arms “up and over” rather than “around the side”.
