how did i know? well… for 20 years I didn’t 😭 I thought all the “symptoms” I experienced… were normal “girl” things… I used to play soccer in high school.. played my whole life and i was FAST! as soon as puberty hit… it was like my legs turned into led — they were so tight and heavy… then for the next 20 years I would wonder why i work out so hard and can’t see muscles in my legs… i just thought I genetically held more weight in my lower body.. tbh it made me pull back from my fitness business
