Gammon is one of those meats I really struggle with. Here’s how I did it: I chopped an onion, 2 carrots and some celery and put them in a pot along with the gammon. Then I filled with water and let it simmer on the hob for about half an hour. For the glaze I mixed honey, brown sugar and English mustard together. I took the gammon out and scored it, then pasted on the glaze and put in the oven for 20 minutes, opening once halfway through to re-glaze. How do you cook your gammon? #homecooking #vlo
