A 66-year-old female patient presented to the emergency department with complaints of excessive speaking and irrelevant talk. On evaluation, she was conscious and oriented to time, place, and person. She is a known case of mitral valve prolapse with mitral regurgitation and atrial fibrillation and has been on oral Cordarone (amiodarone).
