This morning, at approximately 9:17 a.m., Technical Rescue units were dispatched to a high-angle emergency for two workers suspended from a malfunctioning window washer basket. Upon arrival, rescue personnel met with building management who explained that the suspended scaffold had suffered a mechanical failure, leaving two window-washers stranded roughly 15 stories above the ground.
