Goan Reporter: Jamming goat shack gutted in fire at Utorda this morning. The owner alleges the fire was due to a fireworks display at a function close to the burnt shack. She stated that similar incidents have occurred before. Fishermen informed the owner that they saw a suspicious fire at Utorda beach at 2 am, but were unable to alert anyone.
