Homemade Stracciatella (Burrata Filling) This might be the best easyness to deliciousness ratio of anything I make. Great to have this stuff in the fridge for toast, bruschetta, pizza, sandwiches, garnishing pasta, etc. Just mix hand shredded fresh mozzarella with heavy cream and salt, and put it in the fridge for 3-12 hours and you have one of the best ingredients you can ask for. Still away from my usual recording setup, surrounded by family, etc so sorry for the shit camera quality and noise.
