In November 2025, Typhoon Kalmaegi (locally known as Tino) caused catastrophic destruction across the central and southern Philippines. Casualty Overview Death Toll: Initial reports confirmed 66 fatalities by November 5, 2025. As recovery efforts progressed, official counts surged to at least 188 deaths, with some reports from later in the month indicating over 250 fatalities.
